Inspired by my friend, the Lemon Meringue Pie,

I am the Lemon Meringue Eclair and I would like to say Hi.

With a lemon custard inside my choux,

As soon as you taste me, you'll probably want two.

With a burnt swiss meringue layered on top,

Once you start, you'll find it hard to stop!
